Denials

The NEXUS, SENTRI, Global Entry and FAST are travel programs that are part of the United States of America Custom and Border Protection. The Trusted Traveler programs allow trusted and low-risk travelers/ passengers to expedite Immigration and Customs when they cross the US boarders. In case you have any criminal records or violation of any laws, regulations and policies, you might be denied from the Trusted Traveler Program. The NEXUS and SENTRI traveler programs have one of the strictest criteria for selection.
Once the applicant filled out and submitted the application form to the US Customs and Boarder Protection, it will be checked in details in their own database and later on sent to the various other governmental agencies that are responsible for law enforcement, immigration, policies, and customs and anti-terrorist activities. In case, there are any violations, the agencies immediately notify the US Customs and Immigration. The violation might be connected to any immigration or illegal actions or bringing forbidden goods. All these checks look at each participant whole pasts rather than the last five years.
Each applicant who passes the check is asked to attend to a mandatory interview. At the interview, the applicant will be asked to provide some bio metrical data of him/her (digital photo, fingerprints, iris scan).    TLV process a lot of applicants with past criminal records and violations who got approved for the program. There is always a risk in all different Trusted Traveler Programs. You have to decide by yourself if you want to take this risk. In case, you decided to use our services, you will make sure that your application is completed and you meet all the requirements. But keep in mind, WE cannot guarantee for your approval. If your application/ request of NEXUS, SENTRI, Global Entry or FAST is revoked or denied, the US Custom and Border Protection agency will inform you for the reason(s) in written.
